libtiff34.so.1

Running freeBSD 3.2 release (KDE 1.1 I believe).  Got the binary
distribution of kdevelop 0.4(kdevelop-0.4-freebsd.tar.tgz), and everytime I
run it I get the error...

ld-elf.so.1 shared object "libtiff34.so.1" not found.

I've done a full find on my file system & it does not exist on my hard
drive.  Been doing a bit of searching, but haven't found much reference to
this lib file. Could somebody possibly enlighten me on this?
