Help needed: windows installer for 5.2.80

Hi there,

On our long road to the 5.2.80 release, after finally making the AppImage work 
again, the windows installer now broke down (it doesn't install, fails with 
some strange error message). Thus we again don't have all the working pieces 
in place.

I honestly don't know what to do; I don't have the power to invest 1-2 days 
into setting up a windows dev env and fixing this right now. Does anyone feel 
motivated to look into this? If not, in order to move things forward, I would 
release the beta (and the 5.3.0 final later, if need be) on monday afternoon 
without windows installers, and promise people to add it back in some 
subsequent release.
