Yes. Unless there are any data-loss bugs reported, no more translation updates 
and bug fix features updates for kdev-clang-tidy until KDevelop 5.4.0.

Which hopefully will take less time than it took between 5.2.0 and 5.3.0.
Not spending resources on separate maintenance of kdev-clang-tidy releases 
should help with that.
