Well, what's the problem with the current popup?

Maybe adding more styling is what you're asking? Because doxygen is pretty
well supported as far as I can tell.

For number two... what particular problem have you encountered? Do you care
expanding more on this? *"A stronger autocomplete / IntelliSense engine"*
is pretty broad.
