Iterating KDevelop maintainership

Hello everyone,
Last Akademy Milian and I had a chat about KDevelop. We agreed that
while we love the project and we intend to keep contributing, we are
not driving like we used to. Meanwhile others are doing most of the
work nowadays. That is, by Sven and Kevin. We contacted them and asked
if they wanted to become maintainers, which they did.

This e-mail is ourselves welcoming the new KDevelop kings, er.. maintainers. :)
