HOWTO: Build KDevelop 5 from source on Ubuntu 15.10

Heya,

I wrote a little HOWTO on how to build KDevelop 5 from source on a recent 
Ubuntu 15.10. This is the fastest way to get started with building KDevelop 
from scratch (you don't need to build either Qt5/KF5/Clang/LLVM).
