Reformat Source not working?

Hi KDevelopers,

a simple bug report/query this time: is Reformat Source broken? When I
right-click in the body of an open file and choose Reformat Source, the
editor reflects that every line of code has been modified, but no
reformatting has happened.
Does this functionality depend on certain settings or is it just not
working?
