KDevelop 5 release date / windows build

I suppose this is a good time for me to get off my butt and finish the
work on the debugger that I was doing. Specifically, there are a
number of ABI changes between kdevplatform and kdevelop that I would
really like to get done, so a rough timeframe for when those must be
finished would be nice :)
