KDevelop mercurial integration

Hello Andrey and Dāvis,

do you have any plans on polishing up the mercurial integration plugin for 
proper inclusion into kdevplatform? Us KDevelop people and of course all 
mercurial users would welcome that.

Furthermore, could you please add me and Aleix as "KDE Project Manager" to 
kdev-mercurial on projects.kde.org [1]? That way, we can properly administrate 
that repository as well, e.g. to create new branches and such.
