KTextEditor::ApplicationPlugins

Hoi,

for KDE Frameworks 5, I added an ApplicationPlugin to KTextEditor, given the application
implements the KTextEditor::Application & MainWindow Interface, it can load such plugins.

The Kate application plugins are now solely KTextEditor::ApplicationPlugin plugins for frameworks.

Perhaps we can discuss the API (which is minimal atm) on the sprint and if KDevelop could implement that, too,
for KF 5. (it replaces the KTextEditor::ContainerInterface's, too)

Then we could share stuff like the Search in Files Plugin and move again the snippets plugin out of the part
into an application plugin (which I would really like ;)
