I use KDevelop, and all settings are to use spaces. However, for some reason it insists on putting tabs in .h files, even when copying 4 spaces from the clipboard. (That latter glitch was solved by not letting the Kate editor part realign blocks copied from the clipboard, but in/decrement indentation keep inserting tabs.)
