Releasing 4.5.2 and 4.6?

Hey all,

what about release a KDevelop 4.5.2? There seem to be a lot of crashes in 
4.5.1 which got fixed in the meantime. Esp. this one: 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318972

So, I'd say we do a (last) bugfix release in the 4.5 cycle. Objections? Aleix, 
will you take care of it or should I do the release again? I should have more 
time again and could handle the release management I think.

And what about 4.6? Could we at least release a first beta in - say - two 
weeks?
