Kdevelop4 4.3 and 4.6 runs like a pig on AMD Athlon(tm) XP 3200+

Whatever. My KDevelop instance takes exactly zero CPU and 345M of
memory with a moderately complex project with two languages open,
which I think is reasonable for the features it provides. Your
description sounds like your setup is broken but you don't seem to be
very interested in tracing the problem, so I don't care much either.
