Description

Use mimetype as icon in the document list if there is no status icon.

I just discovered this functionality has been added to KDevelop, really nice!!
However I think it looks strange when some (few) elements have icons and others just empty space.
In C/C++ projects it also helps to see immediately whether the file is the source or header file without having to read right to the end.
