PHP 5.4

Hey all,

is anyone interested in working on improving the KDevelop PHP support? I'd be 
willing to mentor of course. Otherwise it seems like I'll have to tackle it 
myself. Big outstanding issues are the namespace support for 5.3 and now 5.4 
was released with additional language features:
