Patch review anyone?

Hi everyone,

I have a few patches that are posted on reviewboard but had received
no attention for the past 6 days:

They are rather trivial and most likely harmless, but since one of
them involves an API change I'd like to get approval from a senior dev
before pushing them. Would appreciate a quick review.
