kdevelop 4.3 beta released

Hi!
As we discussed recently, KDevelop's 4.3 has had its first release,
here there's the announcement on the my blog (because it's in planet
KDE) [1] and the official release message [2].

I'd like it if you guys could give us a hand and help us document a
bit what's new in this release so that we can have a proper 4.3.0
release.
