KDevelop shell crashes

Hi,


 from time to time kdevelop crashes for me when restoring a session, and I 
have to delete the session data to work. As this is annoying, I actually look 
at the backtrace, and come up with a hot-fix. The crash was because of out-of-
bounds access for the QList.
 Unfortunately I don't know yet how to trigger it, but it might be related to 
closing KDevelop while the Review workset is active.
 If you wish, I can commit this patch, if not, I keep it for myself. :)
