kdev-valgrind does not work with the latest build from trunk of kdevelop4 (4.3x)

Hmm, I might have been out of touch too much :) Seems the plugin is
at least not totally dead right now. The only youtube video I could find
though was a spanish one showing KDevelop3...

Anyway, if it compiles and loads its probably worth a look.
