For an efficient KDevelop sprint

Hi,

my list:

Php:
- fix a nasty crash that currently forces me back to kate :/
- implement creating declarations on use
- discuss how to handle this across projects (how does python solve this?)
- improve full code completion performance (with large project loaded)

Gdb:
- go through bug reports
- fix unit tests
- fix pretty printers
- take a look if/how qtcreator pretty printers could be reused

General:
- think/talk about easier session switching/opening for ppl with lots
of projects
- improve quickopen sorting, to have shorter matches on top
- discuss invocation of snippets (they are sometimes behind lots of
other completion items)
- talk about performance of context menu in project-view when sources
are git controlled and on NFS
- maybe talk about my browser-like-tabs idea...
