State of documentation

All,
I think I'm through with using everyone's suggestions in documenting 
navigating code:

As before, let me know about all suggestions you may have!

The section on working with source code has two sections now:
- Exploring source code
- Navigating in source code

What's missing is a section on *writing source code*.  Right now, I have the 
following topics on my list:
* Auto-completion
* Document code <menuchoice>Code -> Document Declaration</cmenuchoice>
* Rename declaration
* New class <menuchoice>Code -> Create Class</menuchoice>
* Code snippets

Anything I'm forgetting? Is there a refactoring tool?
