[patch] make mercurial plugin work with current kdevelop

Hello,
I'm attaching two simple patches for the mercurial plugin to make it
work with current kdevplatform and kdevelop.

* update_version.diff – updates X-KDevelop-Version so the plugin shows
in recent kdevelop versions
* adapt_to_API.diff – adapts plugin to the change introduced by the
commit 18966aea2b3552b8f2fad6b2a208912418f0530e into kdevplatform

With these changes plugin works fine with the kdevelop from current GIT.
