to my knowledge this was only reported from Ubuntu people and after Steve
reported it on launchpad it got fixed upstream. If other distros are hit by
this, we should report it there.
Imo it's better for users to upgrade CMake (it's a patch-level release!) then
to have a workaround in kdevelop and make users update that.
