some untranslatable strings in KDevelop 4.2 and question about running local kdevelop instance

In which wiki did you read that? Somewhere should be mentioned to run
these two commands:

$ export KDEDIRS=/home/gerhard/kdevelop4:/usr
$ kbuildsycoca4

This is necessary to build the dependency tree of the interfaces, in
this case it's "org.kdevelop.IOutputView".
