no German localisation in kdevplatform-1.1.0 any more?

Did Milian include them in the (1|4).0.1 release tarballs? Just
wondering as with kdevelop being on git its not quite as easy to provide
tarballs with translations included. Otherwise he might just have
forgotten :(
