As it doesn't make the slightest sense that our two maintainers have no
admin rights on gitorious.org I've added you and milian to kdevplatform,
kdevelop and kdevelop-pg-qt now. Milian would have to do the same to
php, php-docs and quanta, unless he wants to disable push'ing himself
for those.
