dirty: changed in kdevelop, but not yet sent to gdb
pending: could not yet be set eg because the library the breakpoint is
in is not yet loaded
clean: successfully sent to gdb, working
correct me if i'm wrong

if someone has better therms we can change it, and we should add contexts.
