how to translate dirty/pending/clean breakpoint?

Hi,

I'm currently working on refining the German translations of KDevelop and wonder how to correctly translate "dirty", 
"pending" and "clean breakpoint". Some not very good proposals from my side have been lingering around in the SVN 
reviewboard, but there were no proposals for improvement so far. I hope that some German native spreakers among you can 
give me some hints. My best guess so far is "ruhender, wartender, normaler Haltepunkt".

Another thing, in the current stable 4,1 there's no possiblity to translate Code|Document Declaration. Has this string 
been forgotten?
