Request for feature freeze exemption: "New File" action in Filesystem toolview context menu

Which is usually not an option because you'll have to navigate the filesystem 
to select a directory.

Which works and which is the reason I don't think missing New File in 
filesystem is a showstopper. It's just a "nice to have".
