Move Editor Settings under KDevelop settings (was: Re: Kdevelop editing issues)

Yes please, though you can take your time. Since GSOC pencils-down is 
approaching in a few weeks, I'll have to put in a sprint to get at least 
multi-language support in single documents going and also a few more 
plugins...

After that I'll probably try to investigate myself.
