Removing the detaching and KDEV_SESSION

So you want to revert the whole session support, for _what_ reason?

All you need to do to get the debug output is starting kdevelop from the 
command-line, as before. The output is forwarded from the subprocess, so there 
is absolutely no difference in that regard.
