Hey there! First up, thanks for writing this plugin. Sadly I don't have (yet?)
any use for it myself, but after my exams I'll try to have a look at it. It
seems to have quite a lot of features, nice. Why I mail now though is this:

I think your plugin fulfils these needs, though of course people might argue
that they want a simple Kate plugin, well screw those ;-) You should market
your plugin, e.g. get a blog and write about it on the planet! Seems like
quite a few people are in dire need of such a plugin. And those will probably
give you far better feedback than me.
