I did some more work on the XML plug-in/s, still not close to done yet, but 
hope that it is useful at the point that it is at the moment. If there is 
problems or suggestions please let me know.

The XML tree document is just a sample it does nothing at the moment, I will 
change fix it after language support, and add some real functionality. It is 
just a concept.

What the plug-in has so far:
1) Validator (Uses the catalog bellow)
2) 4 Format'ers 2 Positive and 2 negative.
3) XML Catalog support (For offline completion and validation, favorites etc)
4) Document cache. (For offline completion and validation etc)
5) Tree Document sample

If you have time or interested please let me know if there is something wrong
