Anyway IMO the "File" menu is one of the least important menues. I _never_ use 
it (Apart from the CTRL+S shortcut). I use the "Project" menu much more, and 
even the "Navigation" menu is a lot more useful than the "File" menu, as it 
contains the actions that allow to open files much more efficiently (aka 
Quick-open).
