Lets cleanup our .desktop files!

Hey all,

I've just added categorization to our plugins list, much better! If you have a 
plugin I didn't change yet, please add a category. From the (new) 
documentation:


 * - <i>X-KDE-PluginInfo-Category</i> is used to categorize plugins 
(optional). can be:
 *    Core, Project Management, Version Control, Utilities, Documentation,
 *    Language Support, Debugging, Other
 *   If this property is not set, "Other" is assumed

Also it seems to me that GenericName is completely unused and we should get 
rid of it to help translators.

Furthermore it would be good to see some "harmonization" (to quote pinotree) 
of Name and Comments in our plugins. Help welcome!
