Tutorial collection/end-user docs

To the CMake experts: I'd like to delegate Appendix B of the manual 
regarding CMake for bigger projects. Things that should at least be 
covered are:
- subdirectories
- compiler definitions
- include directories, link directories, external libs
- defining targets (libs, executables, etc)
- defining install targets
- kde-/qt-specific things (i.e. automoc)

When you start to write it, please don't make it too abstract, give some 
examples!
