Git Support ready-ness

It's not useful at all and looks really like he was in a rush to get all
plugins done, for the moment I'll just rename DVcsJob to CmdVcsJob, it
annoys to me to see that D' (standing for distributed) whereas the class has
nothing to do with its distributedness..
