Moving Range and assistants

Hey all & David,

I'm testing moving ranges again, they seem to work fine. I've merged master 
branches as well, so they are up 2 date and users of kdelibs/kate trunk should 
use those branches and provide us with feedback.

I have one issue though, the "override" and "implement" helpers don't work for 
me at all anymore, they simply don't show up.

Furthermore cppcodegen_test fails in testAssistants:
