Translations break menu restructuring

I didn't and that's why now for KDE 4.3:
- the order of toplevel menus is restructured (i.e. Sessions is the first)
- but Edit, View, Bookmarks and Tools menus aren't

This leaves one bug - "Editor" menu is always empty (see  
Nicolas Alvarez's screenshot http://imagebin.ca/view/8gPYCSZ.html )
