Translations break menu restructuring

It's in a custom kdevelop/app/katepartui.rc file.

No, unfortunately not. To make that work, we need to be able to define the 
<Merge/> point for toplevel menus inside an "Editor" menu. Currently that 
mergepoint is after "Edit" and before "Editor". 

I don't know (yet) how to do that with xmlgui. Will take a look.
