Addtion problems without a topcontext

Hey all!

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to add problems without a TopDUContext?

When e.g. a file could not be loaded I'd like to add a problem to the reported, 
instead of showing a kWarning (that is - even when it would be fixed - hidden 
from normal users). Modal dialogs are out of the question since that could 
lead to tons of modal dialogs, e.g. during project parse job.

Other plugins might want to use that as well maybe?

Ideas?
