Hmm... I think you are right. As long as the plugin does not benefit from 
other existing code, there is no good reason to move it to kdesdk for KDE 4.4 
and move it again for KDE 4.5 to kdevplatform.

Leaving it in Dolphin for 4.4 allows to test the plugin interface + concept, 
so I'll leave it in Dolphin for the next release...
