Removing FindKDevPlatform.cmake

Because else I might forget it. In fact I've got the "ok" already two weeks
ago and already forgot in the meantime. 

Also I didn't say I'd remove the file from kdevplatform "now", I said
'soonish' which means at the earliest once we've settled on a solution :)

What I don't like about that is having about 12 copies of the file, but
then again its not likely going to change in the next 2 years or so.
Maybe its the right time to go through the various plugins in playground
and check which one still build and simply not add the file to the
others...
