Anybody interested in a KDevelop-Ruby-plugin?

Hi apaku!

The parser parses Ruby-code. But it does not provide any other features, it 
does not compile and does not use KDevelop-PG-Qt. (it uses the ordinary 
KDevelop-PG-version)

Of course a language plugin needs a lot of work (you have just to count the 
lines for PHP), but I still think that KDevelop's API is very clean and 
straight-forward.
