As I guess it will mostly be used only for loading sessions, not for managing
them.
And well, I'd make it a submenu of the "Projects" menu, as at least to me, a
session will primarily be a set of open projects. The fact that a session also
includes more settings is more an implementation detail, but I think to the
user it will primarily allow switching between sets of different project-sets.
I can also live with the top-level menu, but I think having it in the
"Projects" menu would be more consistent (together with the "Close Session"
button)
