Extensions to the KDE terminal interface

Hi,

there's just been a patch posted on kde-core-devel for some minor
extensions of the kde-terminal interface (i.e. embedded konsole). So if
anybody wants to get some more API into kdelibs that kdevelop could use
to better integrate the embedded konsole now seems like a good time to
do that (feature freeze is in about a week so we'd need to hurry up).
