KDevelop itself doesn't actually use that tool, its basically just a
debug-tool, to-be-built manually and just demonstrates what the
preprocessor does. So out of curiosity, did you try to fix some problem
with this, or did you just stumble across the limited list of files?

The patch itself is ok, so if you have commit access feel free to commit,
else let us know and someone else will do it.

Did you send a bugreport to the webmaster/sysadmins?
