Patch: Adding other common cpp/h filetypes to r++

Hi everyone,
Currently, the r++ tool in kdevelop/languages/cpp/parser/tool/r++ only handles 
the header extensions *.h and *.hh, and the source extensions *.cpp and *.c. 
I've added *.hxx and *.hpp to the headers, and *.cxx and *.cc to the sources.

Sent to the list because review board doesn't like the ++ in URLs...
