Beta4 Release Announcement

Hi,

I'd like to capture what new features and which important bugfixes have
gone into KDevelop between beta3 and beta4. The following (very short
list) is what I know for sure has been fixed:

- opening files other than text (i.e. images, ...) crashing on close
- executing valgrind

Please add your most important fixes and features (don't make it too
much as the release announcement should be relatively short)

I'll be waiting until wednesday morning (european time) and will then
put together the announcement and send it to the list for review. I'll
give you the day to review it and will send it to the dot-editors for
their editing in the evening. It won't be up until saturday on the dot,
so you can still ping me on thursday and friday for any last minute
changes.

Amilcar, I hope I can make the dot-editors send you a copy of the final
version for our website (they often do some minor edits as they're
native speakers).
