kdevelop BoF in the akademy

We will do that for sure either way. The interesting thing would be if we
would like any users.
Maybe it would be a good idea to just wait the first days to see what
response has the kdev talk.

Or maybe it would be interesting to have a KDev+QtCreator BoF.
